Located on 14 acres full of wildlife you will enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. The cottage has one bedroom with a Queen bed and two twin beds, and one bathroom. There are two extra long single beds in the living room used for daytime seating, TV, VCR.

There is a full kitchen with dining area. Sit in the breeze on the covered porch or BBQ in the back or play basket ball. Located on 300 feet of the Blanco River just 61 steps down the rock walkway for easy access to the deep part of the river, rope swing, large shade trees and a great dock. One of the best place to be on a hot summer day.
