This  beautiful Hill Country home is located on the Blanco River just a few miles from the Wimberley Square. Enjoy 300 feet of direct river frontage from this 3000 square foot home on  3 acres. The covered back porch has ceiling fans, rockers and lounges, and provides a view of the river with 100 year old Cypress trees.

Relax with your family in this wonderfully furnished home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths.The master bedroom is upstairs and has a King bed, with a private bath and a whirlpool tub. There are three other bedrooms upstairs. One has a Queen bed and a private bathroom, the second has a Queen bed and two twins, and the third has a Queen bed with a twin size day bed plus a trundle bed with twin mattresses. Additional beds can be found in the bonus room downstairs which has a twin size day bed and a twin trundle.

The full kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot , pots and pans and much more. The dining room has a 9 foot farm table that will seat 10 and the breakfast area has seating for 6 or more. In the living room you can enjoy the wood burning fireplace on those cold winter nights. Additional sleeping can be found in the Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The Great Escape can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests.

Cable TV, DVD, VCR and movies, a computer with high speed wireless internet is there for your use.

There is no smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed on the property. If upon inspection, after your departure, we find that this has happened you will be charged a $350 cleaning fee.

The River Suite is located next to the game room and provides more sleeping areas with a Queen bed and a twin. The bathroom has a shower.

There is a covered area with  two BBQ pits for your use with a nice rock deck. This house will sleep up to 14 comfortably.  Smoking outside only, no pets, children welcome. The hot tub is located just behind the houseand the  pool table and foosball table is ready for action in the game room. There is a wet bar and an under the counter refrigerator in the game room.

A four person cedar sauna is located on the back porch facing the covered pavilion.

Must be over 25 years of age to rent this property.

30 days cancellation required with a $100 cancellation fee.

Great Escape Rates

Off Season: Jan. Feb. March (1-3 and 27-31) April, Sept. Oct. Nov. Dec.

$450/ night for 6 guests, Thurs. Fri. and Sat. nights

$400/ night for 6 guests Sun. Mon. Tues. and Wed. nights.

Two night minimum, except holidays, which are a three night minimum.

Holidays are $700 per night for 12 guests.

Additional guests are $25 per night.

River Suite is included when paying for 10 guests, if there are less guests and you would like to book it also the rate for it is $60 per night.

No charge on holidays for the River Suite after paying for 14 guests.

Holidays are New Years, Good Friday, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas (Dec. 16- Jan 2)

High Season: Mar (4-26) May, June, July and August

$600/ night for 8 guests.

Two night minimum, except holidays, which are a three night minimum.

Holidays are $700 per night for 12 guests.

Additional guests are $25 per night.

River Suite is included when paying for 14 guests, if there are less guests and you would like to book it, the rate is $80 per night.

Holidays are Memorial Day and July 4th.
