Relax with your family in this wonderfully furnished home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths.The master bedroom is upstairs and has a King bed, with a private bath and a whirlpool tub. There are three other bedrooms upstairs. One has a Queen bed and a private bathroom, the second has a Queen bed and two twins, and the third has a Queen bed with a twin size day bed plus a trundle bed with twin mattresses. Additional beds can be found in the bonus room downstairs which has a twin size day bed and a twin trundle.
The full kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot , pots and pans and much more. The dining room has a 9 foot farm table that will seat 10 and the breakfast area has seating for 6 or more. In the living room you can enjoy the wood burning fireplace on those cold winter nights. Additional sleeping can be found in the Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Cable TV, DVD, VCR and movies, a computer with high speed wireless internet is there for your use.
The River Suite is located next to the game room and provides more sleeping areas with a Queen bed and a twin. The bathroom has a shower. There is no charge if your group has more than 14 people.
If your group has less than 14 people and want to use the River Suite the rate is:
Aug. thru April $75 per night.
May thru July $100 per night.
There is a covered area with two BBQ pits for your use with a nice rock deck. This house will sleep up to 14 comfortably and three more in the River Suite for a total of 17. Smoking outside only, no pets, children welcome. The hot tub is located just behind the houseand the pool table and foosball table is ready for action in the game room. There is a wet bar and an under the counter refrigerator in the game room.
A 4 person cedar sauna is located on the back porch facing the covered pavilion.
