Located on a beautiful stretch of the Blanco River, this cottage offers a sleeping loft with 1 queen bed and 2 sleeper sofas in the living room. It has a full  kitchen and one bath with a shower.  There is a hot tub  on the large tree covered deck overlooking the river. This is a very quiet and private accommodation.

The rates are: 1-2 guests - $200 per night; 3-4 guests -  $250 per night; 5-6 guests -  $300 per night.

There is a  cleaning fee that will be added to your reservation.

1-2 guests $30

3-4 guests $40

5-6 guests $60

There is a $100 cancellation fee.

Non-smoking property.  Please honor the burn ban if it in place.  HOT TUB.  There is a 30 day cancellation notice required.  Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day will require a three day booking and the price is $300 per night for up to 6 guests.    $12.50 day guest charge.
