Cancellation Policy:

Reservations cancelled more than 15 days prior to your arrival date, unless otherwise specified, will receive full refund less a $50 service fee.

If a cancellation is received less than 15 days in advance, unless otherwise specified, a refund will not be given unless the property is rebooked. In that case, you will receive a full refund less a $50 service fee.

Sorry, cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

Reducing the number in your party can be done up to 24 hours prior to your arrival and credit will be issued. No reductions will be allowed within 24 hours of arrival.

PLEASE NOTE: Any cancellations for reservations made for guests attending weddings and reunions made 30 days prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund less a $50 service fee, if it is less than 30 days a refund will not be given unless the property is rebooked. At that time you will receive a refund less $50 service fee. Refer to your confirmation for all specifics.

HCA must be notified of any extra guests and any day guests, so that proper arrangements can be made.

All children, excluding non-crawling infants, are guests and charged accordingly.

All properties have a maximum capacity that cannot be exceeded per city zoning regulations.

HCA is not responsible for lost or damaged property. In the event you leave personal property, let your host know so arrangements can be made for the return of your items
- Additional charges may be applied after departure due to extra cleaning or damages to a property. This may be accessed by cleaning personnel or property owners.
- All these properties are on septic systems, so do not flush down anything other than toilet tissue.
- Use of any firearms, air weapons or bows, crossbows and arrows is not permitted. If this is not adhered to, you will be asked to immedately leave with no refund.

Hill Country Accommodations and the property owners cannot be held responsible for any damages or injuries.

The party making the reservation must be at least 21 years old.
Non-Smoking Properties:

We especially appreciate and request that you honor the non-smoking properties. This is important for people with allergies. There will be a fee charged for clean up of non-smoking properties if the policy is not adhered to.
Pet Rules:
Pets are NOT allowed
unless it is stated as a pet friendly location and then only with permission stated in your confirmation from HCA. This rule is strictly enforced. Guests with pets without property owners permission will not be allowed to stay and there will be no refund.
Keys:
There will be a $15 key charge for those keys picked up at our office but not returned to the office upon departure.
