The boat slip is a perfect place to leave the boat and go out to the Lake LBJ when ever you want. The water in the cove is 5 ft. deep. Boat ramp and bait house is just one mile away. There is a full kitchen, dining room, living room combination area. Satellite TV. The single bedroom has a King bed and two twin beds. It has one bathroom.
